2. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data of visitors to our website only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, process inquiries or comply with legal requirements.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

When our website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files. This may include in particular:

6. Fonts
Our website uses only system fonts provided by the user’s device or browser. No font files are loaded from external providers and no connection is established to Google servers or to servers of other font providers for this purpose.

Our website offers a voluntary customer feedback form. No names, email addresses, customer numbers or other contact details are requested. The feedback form does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
The submitted ratings are immediately converted into monthly totals and averages. Individual responses, IP addresses and user-agent data are not stored in the feedback system. The evaluation is carried out exclusively in anonymized and aggregated form for internal quality improvement.
