For special products in the plastic reel segment, our in-house toolmaking provides cost-effective solutions.
Our reel products comply with current substance and packaging requirements. We will gladly provide the corresponding declarations of conformity.
For larger quantities of unmixed and uncontaminated products, we also offer customers a fee-based recycling service.
As a rule, we produce to order and deliver ex works. For small batches of fewer than 100 units, small-quantity surcharges generally apply.
With a view to the environment and sustainability, we are currently researching further optimized solutions, especially for plastic reels, so that you can continue to produce and deliver in an environmentally responsible way in the future.
We support our customers with product-specific information on material and packaging compliance, where relevant for the respective product and intended use.
For special requirements, we evaluate technical approaches based on existing series tools or develop new solutions together with you.
