Compliance · Responsibility · Material Conformity

Reliable.
Transparent.
Responsible.

For us, compliance is not an add-on. It is part of our daily work: in material selection, production, the use of energy and resources, and in our cooperation with customers, suppliers and employees.

Compliance in a Mid-Sized Company

As a mid-sized injection molding company, we process plastics into technical products, packaging components and customer-specific parts. Our customers expect reliable information on materials, legal substance requirements, quality, packaging specifications and the supply chain.

We meet these requirements with clear processes, traceable documentation and realistic, fact-based communication. Our statements relate to the materials used, the supplier information available to us and the respective intended use.

Our Fields of Action

We focus on the topics that are particularly relevant to our products and processes.

01

Material-Compliance

We consider the substance-law requirements relevant to our products, in particular REACH, POP, CLP and – where applicable – further product- or customer-specific requirements. The basis is formed by supplier declarations, material data, technical data sheets and supplementary evidence.

02

Packaging & PPWR

For plastic reels, plastic flanges, plastic cores and comparable components, we consider the requirements of European packaging law. Our focus is on recyclable material concepts, traceable documentation and technically sound implementation.

03

Quality

Our production is geared toward stable processes, reproducible quality and reliable delivery. Quality-related requirements are taken into account in material selection, tooling, production, inspection and delivery.

04

Supply Chain

We support reasonable and verifiable information requests from our customers. At the same time, we make sure that requirements remain proportionate and do not include unlimited or objectively unverifiable commitments.

05

Integrity

We stand for integrity in business conduct, fair cooperation and clear communication. Corruption, bribery, discrimination, child labor and forced labor are incompatible with our principles.

06

Information

We treat personal data and business information confidentially. This includes, in particular, drawings, tool data, specifications, delivery schedules and commercial documents.

Occupational Safety and Responsibility

Safe working conditions and clean processes are part of our operational responsibility.

Occupational Safety

We ensure appropriate technical, organizational and personal protective measures – especially in machine operation, material handling, maintenance, cleaning and the handling of chemical substances.

Process Clarity

Compliance is not created by rules alone, but by clear responsibilities, documented procedures and open communication about deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Using Energy Responsibly

We work to use materials efficiently, reduce scrap and apply recycling or recycled-material concepts where technically possible and compatible with customer requirements.

Part of our energy demand is covered by a photovoltaic system installed on the company roofs. In this way, we combine industrial plastics processing with a concrete contribution to the use of renewable energy at our site.

We deliberately state this in factual terms: it does not replace a product-specific carbon footprint, but it does show a concrete step toward improving operational energy use.
